Design of experience to evaluate the Interfacial compatibility on high tenacity viscose fibers reinforced Polyamide-6 composites

چکیده

In recent years, natural fibers reinforced composites have received much attention because of their lightweight, recyclable, nontoxic, low cost and biodegradable properties. However, compatibility between hydrophilic fiber hydrophobic polymer is low. One way to increase the fiber/matrix treat surface, using hydroxyl groups present on upper layer high tenacity viscose. are not always accessible surface due impurities. It thus mandatory study various possibilities determine a good cleaning treatment, which furthermore does negative influence mechanical properties fibers. this article, (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane (APTES) used functionalize after them, in order prepare for reactive injection polyamide-6. each cleaning/treatment physical chemical optimal treatments fibers/matrix compatibility, characterization methods (XPS, FTIR-ATR, SEM, EDX) were combined theoretical results obtained by design experience.
